What delivery options do we have?

When your destination country is XX（Country Name）, you can choose standard delivery and express delivery.

Standard shipping:

Where do we ship from?

The product will be dispatched from the Shenzhen front-end warehouse within XX days after the order is placed. The service time is Working hours（e.g., Monday - Friday） : X am - Xpm Time zone（e.g., 8am - 18pm EST） , closed on weekends and public holidays.

How do you track the order？

We start from the moment we accept the order and process it within 24 hours, and your goods will be processed and shipped on working days. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.

Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take several days to obtain tracking information.

Taxes and duties 

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and listed item by item on the checkout page. Make sure to choose your location to see the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping cost.

Option 1: The product price includes taxes and fees

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Option 2: The product price does not include taxes and fees

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Unpaid) basis, which means that the displayed product price does not include all taxes and fees.

Once your order arrives at the destination, you will need to pay all import duties, customs duties and local sales tax for the location you are shipping to. After you place an order, we will send you an email to ask you to accept these terms. For the estimated value of the taxes and duties you purchase, please contact your local customs.
